Chairs of activities may incur expenses of related activities (trophies, judging fees, judge’s travel etc.) of more than $50. However, no member will incur a single expense more than $50 (unless it is directly related to Chair activity).

All other expenses must be voted on by the membership. If you have any questions, please call the treasurer.
