Required Repertoire:<\/td>\n	Three works from at least two contrasting periods.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Registration:<\/td>\n	Each entry must be submitted on a 3\u201d x 5\u201d note card using the format below:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Front of card:<\/td>\n	1. Name and address of student \n2. List of pieces and composer \n3. Year in high school<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Back of card:<\/td>\n	1. Name and address of teacher \n2. Telephone number of teacher<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n  <\/p>\n *Audition times will be sent at least one week prior to the contest and absolutely NO CHANGES will be made after that time. If you are aware of any possible conflicts the teacher must notify the chairman no later than two full weeks before the date of the contest.<\/p>\n TEACHER REQUIREMENT:<\/strong> All participating teachers are required to work at this event.
