Theory Test
The TMTA Student Affiliate Theory Test is a state-administered music theory examination offered each Fall and Spring, testing students on the fundamentals expected at their grade level. It’s open to any enrolled Student Affiliate member and is a required step for students pursuing several of TMTA’s other statewide contests. Results and medals are distributed after each testing session concludes.
